(R-111.2) <br /> <br />The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in. <br />within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot lines where the <br />fall wi~i be a minimum of 6 in. ~egardless of the horizontal distance <br />available. (R-301.3) <br /> <br />A keyway in the footing is an acceptable method and will transfer the <br />lateral load~, OB provide a 18 inch long NO. 3 dowels extending 12 <br />inches from the footing into the wall, 4 feet on center, OR pour the <br />footing and stemwall at one time (monolithically). If the actual height of fill will be more <br />than 4 feet for 8 feet or more, then an ADDENDUM to this plan review <br />shall be made by the permit holder, by submitting to this office revised <br />foundation plans showing the true fill height before construction <br /> <br />The structural supports for decks, balconies, porches or similar <br />structures shall be pressure-treated wood to protect against decay. <br />(R-309.1) <br /> <br />This plan uses a combination of Brace Panels (BP) and Alternate Brace <br />~anels (~P) to met the code rquirements for lateral wall bracing. <br />InSure that all BP's and ABP's are located as indicated on <br />the plans and constructed as shown on the ~lans and the attached <br />8 1/2x11" detail sheet~. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances Of the jurisdiction.
