Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

DIRECTOR

BUILDING INSPECTION
(5[13) 58[~-5147

PLANNING &
ENFORCEMENT

COMMISSION Ellis
R~nd~l[ Frank¢

OFFICER

October 20, 1994

AUTHORIZATION NOTICE

Larry Arndt
20757 Case Rd. NE
Aurora, OR 97002

subject: 20757 Case Rd. NE, Aurora
Site Number: 94-03942

An inspection was made at the above address on October
19, 1994 to determine if the existing on-site sewage
system located on the property appeared adequate to serve
the purpose described in the attached application. This
application is to replace an existing mobile home. No
evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to
be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank
was pumped on October 11, 1994 by Carl's Septic Tank
Cleaning and the tank was inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COMMENTS:

The septic system was installed and inspected
in March of 1977. The proposed change does
not increase the projected daily sewage flow
above the system design flow.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our office if you have
concerning this report.

Marion County Building Inspection
Robert Foster, Registered Sanitarian

8:00 to 4:30.
any questions

Community Development Center 285 Church Street N.E., Room 132 .
