December 16, 1994 <br /> <br />APpLICANTs <br />SITE NUMBERs <br /> <br />STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />JOHN DARK <br />94-4580, PARCEL 1, EAST 1/2 OF T/L 2600, 2.3+/_ ACRES. <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br /> 450 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150 <br /> gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal <br /> feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br /> ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 12S <br /> feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe axe installed <br /> level (±1"} and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of ~4 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct th~ dratnfields within the area of the test pits and no <br /> farther downslope. A pre-construction field stakeout to establish the <br /> elevations and locations of the individual drainfield lines for both <br /> systems is recommended prior to siting wells and to all excavation. <br /> Refer to the stakeout procedure and the setback list for details to <br /> complete the stakeout. Use care not to alter the natural topsoil prio~ <br /> to drainfield installation. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INST~%.~L TEE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
