Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE D~SPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 qallons...per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be ~ized at 150 lineal ~et Der 150. qallq.ns of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 4.50 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 12S feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (zl") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inchps and a maximum trench depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 i~ches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS~ Construct the drainfields within the area of the test pits and no farther downslope. A pre-construction field stakeout to establish the elevations and locations of the individual drainfield lines for both systems is recommended prior to siting wells and to all excavation. Refer to the stakeout procedure and the setback list for details to complete the stakeout. Use care not to alter the natural topsoil prior to drainfield installation. THIS Is NO~ A PERMIT TO INE~X~.
