AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325
Site Number: 94-4515

An inspection was made at the above address on 12/9/94 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system appeared
adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located on the
property. No evidence of failure was found and the
system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 12/23/94 by Carl's
Septic Tank Cleaning and the tank was inspected at that
time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a
re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two
years from the date of this notice.

CO~{MENTS:

We have no record of the existing system in
our files. We recommend that the septic tank
be pumped on a four to five year interval.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

Marion County Building Inspection
LEE A.
