AUMSVILLE, OR 97325
Site Number: 93-00028

An inspection was made at the above address on 9/22/93 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system located
on the property appeared adequate to serve the purpose
described in the attached application. This application
is to change the occupancy of the building to a manufac-
turing facility with 70 employees. No evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a
satisfaotory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 7/31-
/92 by Ken's Valley Septic and the tank was inspected at
that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COM~ENTS:

The existing septic system consists of a 2500
to 3000 gallon concrete septic tank and a
single line about 300 feet long. The septic
tank lids must be replaced to make the tank
secure. Future repairs will probably include
an alternative sand filter system. Soil con-
ditions are marginal with a shallow seasonal
and regional water table.

Our office hours are Monday through
Please contact our office if you
concerning t~s report.

Marion County Building Inspection
LEE A.
