Marion,,C, ounty

OREGQN
COMMUNITY DEVELOP~I:NT
DEPAI~TM£NT

NOTICE OF APPROVAL=

EVALUATION REPORT FOR AN
ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM

October 14, 1993

John Davidson
547 SE 74th
Portland, Oregon

SUBJECT:
SIT~ ADDRESS=

97215

SITE ~93-03239, T~3s, R~lw, S:32
10920 Martin Lane NE, Aurora

Our office has completed the evaluation for the proposed installation of
an on-site sewage system. The septic system is proposed to serve a 4 bedroom
ein~le family residence on the property.

Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears
feasible for the property. Approval is for the installation of a STANDARD
SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, as described in the attached construction detail and
setback sheets.

This approval is given en the basis that the lot or parcel will not be
further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on
adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the
issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or
modified by cutting, filling, or other dev~lol~mental activitiee which weu~d
impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption
Systems. Pailure to comply with the above items may void this approval.

This report is not a permit to install the sewaq~ system. A permit must
be obtained before ~ny system construction occurs. A permit may be issued only
after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC
acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use
Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can
be issued.

A detailed plot plan, drawn te scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted
with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be
issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed
septic installer.

This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is
installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or
until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission
rules. Subject to the above, this report runs with the land and will automati-
cally benefit subsequent Owners.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30. Please contact
our office if you have any questions concerning this report.

Marion un y Building Inspection
Robert Foster, Registered Sanitarian
