Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

DIRIECTOR

ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICER

September 12, 1994

AUTHORIZATION NOTICE

FILE

BRIAN H. WATTS
10352 LEVERMAN ROAD SE
AUMSVILLE~ OREGON 97325

Subject:

10352 LEVERMAN RD.SE. AUMSVILLE, ORE. 97325
Site Number: 94-3267

An inspection was made at the above address on 9/7/94 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system located
on the property appeared adequate to serve the purpose
described in the attached application. This application
is to replace the two bedroom mobile home with a new
three bedroom manufactured home. No evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a
satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 7/30-
/94 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank was inspected
at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COMMENTS:

Our records indicate that the septic system
was constructed 10/1/80 and consists of a
1000 gallon concrete septic tank, 500 Gallon
dosing tank to 250 feet of drainfield, future
repairs might include an alternative sand
filter system. The dosing tank should be
checked and cleaned each time the septic tank
is pumped.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our office if you have
concerning this report°

"rar _on County uilding Inspection
LEE A.
