(Sections 14 <br />& 23; T8S; R2W). Tax lots 75301-170, 75301-120, 75301-070, and <br />75301-080. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Lot Line Adjustment <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Title transfer instruments accomplishing the property adjustments <br />hall b~recorded by the applicants with the Marion County Clerk by <br />_~\-C~ . The effective period of an approved application may be <br />extended for an additional year subject to approval of an extension <br />(Extension form available from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildinq <br />permit can be obtained or the approved use established: <br /> <br />The applicant shall have the resulting properties surveyed and <br />monumented. The survey, complying with ORS 209.250, shall be <br />filed with the County Surveyor and shall contain the notation <br />that the survey is the result of Lot Line Adjustment Case No. <br />94-8. <br /> <br />Prior to filing the survey, the applicant shall provide <br />written evidence to the Planning Division that all taxes due <br />have been paid to the Marion County Tax Department. <br /> <br />'ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:. Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br />Prior to development and/or transfer of any of the resulting <br />parcels, the applicant shall provide evidence that access <br />permits and any necessarY easements for access have been <br />obtained for each parcel to a public right-of-way. <br /> <br />The lot line adjustment shall comply with the requirements of <br />the Marion County Building Inspection Division regarding <br />setback requirements between the lot line and structures or <br />the septic drainfield.
