This
application is to replace a manufactured home. No evi-
dence of failure was found and the system appeared to be
functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was
pumped on July 11, 1994 by clinkscales Septic Pump Ser-
vice and the tank was inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COMMENTS:
The replacement of a two bedroom home with a new two
bedroom home has no increase in the projected daily
sewage flow. The existing septic system disposal field
is located under the existing building at the rear of
the property. Locate the new home at least twenty (20)
feet from the side property line to allow for future
replacement of the disposal field.

our office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our office if you have
concer~.
Marion County Building Inspection
Robert Foster, Registered Sanitarian

8:00 to 4:30.
any questions

Senator Building 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
