KAILEY 93-2719 Your site has been found suitable for a SAND FILTER PLUS FULL CAPPING FILL ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifica- tions shall apply to the installation of your septic system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project ia calculated at 450 qal.lons per d~y. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 45 lineal feet .per 150 gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 135 lineal fee__~t of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with equal distribution with a minimum trench depth of 12 inches and a maximum trench depth of 12 inches. The capping fill material must be inspected and approved prior to placement. The fill shall be of the same textural class, or one class finer, than the native topsoil. The disposal field area must be scarified to destroy any vegetative mat on the surface. Fill material shall be evenly graded to a final depth of sixteen (16) inches over the gravel. Cappinq Fill ~stems shall be constructed between June 1 and october 1 or durlnq such tames when our staff fiud,~ soil moisture conditions aeceptabl~. 4. The site must be protected from traffic, livestock, farming or other damaging activities. An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field in the approved area and et the correct depth. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS; The drainfields must be constructed within the area of the test pits on the highest surface possible. Use care not to alter the ground surface as the drainfields must be constructed into the natural undisturbed topsoil. This cappinq fill is an integral part of the sand filter system. THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THE SYSTEM ~F~L ~ VALID PERMIT ~AS SEEN ISSUED BY T~S OFFICE.
