PO T/L 200 Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150 qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal feet of dispesal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~i") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field in the approved area and at the correct depth. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Construct the drainfields within the immediate area of the soil test pits. Soil conditions are marginal, so use care not to alter the natural topsoil prior to drainfield installation. A pre-construction field stakeout of the individual drainfield lines for both systems is recom- mended prior to siting any wells. Refer to the stakeout procedure and the setback list for details to complete the stakeout. Allow space for a future upslope curtain drain should it prove necessary. Note, especially the required separation between the septic tank and curtain drain depending upon whether the tank is above or below the curtain drain. THIS IS NOT A PEP.
