This may be <br />obtained at the Marion County Assessor, Map Room, 5th Floor, <br />Franklin Building, 495 State street, Salem. <br />Existing septic tank must be pumped by a DBQ licensed <br />pumping contractor and verification submitted (see attached <br />Pumper Form). <br />Drainfields must be staked out according to Stakeout Proce- <br />dure guidelines (see attached). <br />A copy of the recorded easement. <br />Septic tank must be abandoned and Septic Tank Abandonment <br />submitted (see'attached). <br />Well must be abandoned and Well Abandonment submitted (see <br />attached). <br /> <br />Your applications were submitted Sept. .6, 1994 and will remain in <br />process, pending the submittal of the above information, until March <br />6, 199~.
