BUTRICK <br />94-2199 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 qallon~, p~r day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal feet Der 150 <br />~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 225 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (fl") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth Of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rised by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS= <br /> A pre-construction field stakeout will be required to establish the <br /> locations and elevations of the individual drainfield lines of both <br /> systems prior to any excavation. Use care in siting the house and <br /> appurtenances so not to encumber the drainfield areas. Refer to the <br /> stakeout procedure and the setback list for details tO complete the <br /> stakeout. Note, especially the setback form the water-line easement. An <br /> alternative sand filter system with 90 feet of drainfield minimum will <br /> be necessary for future repairs. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A P~I~MIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC S~TEM.
