No evidence of failure <br />was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a <br />satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 6/3/94 <br />by stayton Septic Services and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />Our records indicate a septic system drain- <br />field repair was completed 9/3/86 consisting <br />of 3(80') and 1(60') lines. The new property <br />line must meet a ten feet minimum setback <br />from the existing drainfield.
