July 11, 1994 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />STANDARD SYST~M CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />HICK GOMES, G.R.I. <br />94-2158, NW P/O T/L 3400 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTE~. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 qalloDs per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet De~ 150 <br />qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 1~5 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with seria% distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~4 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 24 inches. There must be at least ~9 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the original drainfield as far upslope as possible within the <br /> southwesterly part of the property. Avoid the northerly concave land- <br /> form. A pre-permit field stakeout will be necessary to establish the <br /> locations and elevations of the individual drainfi~ld lines of both <br /> systems. Refer to the enclosed stakeout procedure and the setback llst <br /> for details to complete the stakeout. Defer any excavation and siting <br /> all wells until the drainfield locations are confirmed. Use care not to <br /> alter the natural topsoil prior to drainfield construction. Reserve <br /> space for a future curtain drain above the drainfields should it prove <br /> necessary. <br /> <br />THIB ,IS NOT A PEHMIT TO INS~nT3. TH~, SEPTIC SYSTEM.
