Plans have been reviewed for compliance with the provisions of the <br />Oregon State Structural Specialty Code ('91 UBC) 1993 Edition. <br /> <br />This building was reviewed as a aircraft storage hanger only where no <br />repair work is performed as there are no restroom facility on the <br />property. <br /> <br />The building exceeds the floor area limits set forth in Table No. 5-C. <br />The floor areas specified in Section 505 may be increased where public <br />ways or yards adjoin the proposed construction on two or more sides. <br />(605) There are enough yards for a 100% increase in the allowable area. <br /> <br />Maintain 20 feet to property lines on all sides of the building as no <br />details for one-hour eEterior walls and protection of the openings were <br />indicated on the plans. (Table No. 5-A) <br /> <br />Floor surfaces shall be of noncombustible, nonabsorbent materials. <br />Floors shall drain to an approved oil separator or trap discharging to <br />sewers in accordance with the Pluming Code. <br /> <br />Floors may be surfaced or waterproofed with asphaltic paving materials <br />in areas where motor vehicles or airplanes are stored or operated. <br />(702(c)) <br /> <br />Approval of submitted plans is not an approval of omissions or oversights by <br />this office or of noncompliance with any applicable regulations of local <br />government. <br /> <br />This project may be subject to the architectural standards of the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Issuance of a building permit does not <br />certify compliance with this Federal Statute.
