This application
is to replace an office building with a larger building
including a conference room. The septic tank was pumped
on 3/31/94 by Stayton Septic Services and the tank was
inspected at that time. The liquid level in the tank was
noted as abnormally high.

I observed during my visit of April 6, some surface water
ponding on the parking areas from showers earlier in the
day and that runoff had completely filled the open septic
tank. The majority of the property including the existing
drainfield site is developed for parking and displaying
the homes for sale. There in no readily available space
for septic system repairs and the current use exceeds the
original approval of four employees maximum. A suitable
repair area must be confirmed, possibly with an easement
onto an adjacent property, at the earliest opportunity.

We recommend that the septic tank be pumped and inspected
by a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five
years. This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or
continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage
disposal system. Conditions are marginal. The existing
system was installed May 13, 1974 and consists of a 1000
gallon concrete septic tank and 3-50' drainfield lines.

Call, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 PM if you
any questions c~ncerning this report.

Marion County Building Inspection
LEE A.
