11678 WARBLER LANE NE, AURORA <br />94-0~i46 (57373) <br />September 9~ 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> OR£GON <br /> <br /> D£PARTMENT <br /> <br /> Building Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Orego~ <br />1993 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. <br /> <br />Foundation walls and other vertical concrete exposed to the weather <br />shall have a minimum specified compressive strength of 3000 psi. <br />Porches, carport slabs, garage floor slabs and steps exposed to the <br />weather shall have a minimum specified compressive strength of 350~ psi. <br />Table No. (R-302.2) <br /> <br />Foundation plates shall be bolted to the foundation with minimum <br />1/~ inuh diameter by 10 inch anchor bolts embedded at least 7 inches <br />into concrete or r~inforced masonry and spaced not more than 6 feet <br />apart with a minimum of 2 bolts per piece with one bolt within 12 inches <br />of the end Of each piece. Figure (R-303) <br /> <br />The structural supports for decks, balconies, porches or similar <br />structures shall be pressure-treated wood to protect against decay. <br />(R-309.1) <br /> <br />Exterior and foundation wall panels of frame construction shall be <br />braced with approved structural sheathing Or 1-inch by 4-inch let in <br />braces. Structural sheathing and 1-inch by 4-inch i~=-in braces shall be <br />installed as per Table No. R-402.10.
