8155 ANDERSON RD SE, AUMSVILLE <br />94-10 (9052106) <br />January 6, 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> <br /> OR£GON <br />COMMUNITY DEVEI,OPMENT <br />gl[ PARTMENT <br /> <br />Building Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Oregon <br />1993 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. <br /> <br />A copy of approved plans when required by the building official shall be <br />kept on the site of the building or work at the time of inspection. <br />(R-ii1.2) <br /> <br />The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in. <br />within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot lin~s where the <br />fall will be a minimum of 6 in. regardless of the horizontal distance <br />available. (R-301.3) <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />Provide at least 1 square foot of underfloor ventilation for each 150 <br />square feet of crawl space area. The openings shall be covered with a <br />corrosion resistant wire mesh. At least one such opening shall be <br />provided within 3 feet of each corner of the building. (R-311.1) <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />When alterations repairs or additions are made to an existing dwelling, <br />the entire building shall be provided with smoke detectors located as <br />required for new dwellings. (R-215.1) <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />Provide screened attic vents with a net free area of 1/150 of the attic <br />area (or 1/300 if half is along eaves and the other half in the upper <br />portion). (R-707) <br /> <br />56. <br /> <br />A readily accessible attic access shall be provided to any attic area <br />having a clear height of over 30 inches. A framed opening not l~ss than <br />22 in. by 30 in. is required. (R-708) <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction.
