NE, Aurora <br />93-03102 (52046) <br />January 4, 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> Building Inspection - Dwellln~ Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Oregon <br />1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. <br /> <br />This building has been reviewed as an accessory building (M-I) to a single <br />family dwelling. <br /> <br />A copy of approved plans shall be kept on the site of the building or <br />work at the time of inspection. (R-ii1.2) <br /> <br />Energy Path #8 is based on R-15 wall insulation, R-21 underfloor <br />insulation, R-38 vaulted ceiling insulation, R-49 flat ceiling <br />insulation, R-21 basement walls, R-15 slab floor edge insulatiion, R-8 <br />forced air duct insulation, 0.40 U-value window class with a ~aximum <br />window area of i2% of the total heated floor area, 0.50 U-value skylight <br />class, 0.20 U-value all exterior doors. <br /> <br />Maintained 6 feet separation between the garage and the single family <br />dwelling or provide the following: <br /> <br />The garage shall be completely separated from the residence and its <br />attic area by means of ~/2-inch gypsum board or equivalent applied to <br />the garage side. The door between the garage and residence shall be <br />equipped with solid wood doors not less than 1 3/8 inches in thickness <br />or 20-minute fire rated, or equivalent. R-209.2) <br /> <br />Approval as a ~esult of this plan review or an ~nspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction.
