January 5, 1994 APPLICANT: SITE NUMBER= STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET Robert Sprague, Bob's Backhoe 93-04221 Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 ~allons Der day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 125 lineal feet Der 150 qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 375 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 12~ feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial ~i.~.r~bution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of ~. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill Over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific 'to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The septic system must be staked out on the property prior to issuance of any permits. After the system is staked out, it may be necessary to adjust the location of the home and future garage to avoid the area dedicated to the septic system and to maintain gravity flow to the system.
