January 5, 1994 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER= <br /> <br />STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />Robert Sprague, Bob's Backhoe <br />93-04221 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 ~allons Der day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 125 lineal feet Der 150 <br />qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 375 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 12~ <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial ~i.~.r~bution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of ~. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />Over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific 'to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> The septic system must be staked out on the property prior to issuance <br /> of any permits. After the system is staked out, it may be necessary to <br /> adjust the location of the home and future garage to avoid the area <br /> dedicated to the septic system and to maintain gravity flow to the <br /> system.
