SE, Aumsville <br />94-00058 (52357) <br />January 24, 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPA~,TMENT <br /> <br />Building Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for oompliance with the State of Oregon <br />1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty code. <br /> <br />Roof t~uaees are required to be designed by an O~egon registered <br />Engineer or Architect. For trusses manufactured by an approved <br />fabrication ~lant, have ~he design and layout drawings available at the <br />construction site for the framing inspection. All job site cutting or <br />modification of the roof trusses shall be clearly shown in the <br />engineer's design calculations and drawings. If trusses are to be built <br />at the job site, submit the engineer's design and construction plans to <br />the Marion County ~uilding Department prior to start of construction and <br />have the approved drawings available at the site for the framing <br />inspection. <br /> <br />Maintain a minimum of six feet separation between the etorage building <br />and the single family dwelling. (R-202.1) <br /> <br />This review is based on =his building being used as a private garage or <br />agricultural building. A private garage is used only as a parking <br />garage for private or pleasure-type vehicles where no repair work is <br />done nor fuel dispensed and as an accessory building to a single family <br />dwelling and not used for commercial uses without a change of occupancy <br />review and permit. <br /> <br />ApDroval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the Jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections <br />presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the <br />dwelling code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />sf <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet is attached to plans <br /> <br /> <br />
