This encroachment i$ covering up both the sewer <br />and electrical lines by a distance of approximately five feet. <br /> <br />Demand is hereby made that you immediately remove the illegally placed <br />structure. Please note that in order to place this home on Lot 42 we <br />must hook into the Sewe~ line and power which is beneath this illegally <br />placed structure and we will not he responsible nor liable for any <br />damage that it does tO that concrete that is in the easement or any <br />resulting damage that is done becel)se of concrete breaking, sp~lling or <br />chipping because of us needing to legally hook up to sewer and power <br />which we are entitled <br /> <br />I would suggest that you immediately have a contractor cut this concrete <br />at the legal easement line so that no residual damage iv done to your <br />concrete that is placed over onto your property.
