Unfortunately, there does not appear to be
enough area to complete the construction and meet the
required minimum separation distances between the septic
system and the manufactured home.

During an earlier visit to the property with Kevin Hills
we discovered that the existing septic system consists of
a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and two drainfield
lines 58 and 57 feet long respectively. The existing
drainfield lines are located too close to a open jointed
storm tile (about 5 to 10 feet) to consider that system
as suitable to service the proposed house.

The inability to use the existing system means that there
must be enough area of suitable soil to construct a
complete replacement system plus space for future repairs
should the initial system fail for some non-repairable
reason. The stakeout failed to confirm adequate area so
the application to place a manufactured home on this
property must be denied. I am sorry I do not have better
news for you. If you have a different idea for the prop-
erty or wish to discuss the review, feel free to call. I
am usually in the office between 8 and 10 AM.

LEE A.
