This application
is to connect a temporary hardship manufactured home into
the system that services the existing three bedroom
residence. No evidence of failure was found and the
system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 9/1/93 by AAA
Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

COMMENTS:

Our records indicate that the existing septic
system was constructed 11/15/73 and consists
of a 1000 gallon concrete tank and 3-80 feet
drainfield lines. There is some evidence that
the lower line is receiving the majority of
the effluent flow and is near its maximum
capacity. The system might be altered to
serial distribution for increased capacity
by better use of the upper two lines.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our office if you have
concerning this report.

~rio~ County Building Inspection
LEE A.
