August 18, 1993 APPLICANT: SITE NUMBER: STANDA1~D SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET James F. Meirow 93-02701 Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE S~WAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 125 lineal feet per 150 qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 375 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. 3. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distributio% with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of 30 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The size of the system may vary depending on the size of the house asd the plumbing fixtures in the house. The disposal field for the initial system must be located at least 50 feet from the north property line (above the test pit). An effluent pump may be required for the future replacement system. THIS IS NOT A pRRMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THR SYSTEM UNTIL A vALID PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THIS OFFICe.
