SEPTIC FAILURE
SITE 92-1771, T.10S, R.5E, SECTION. 01

This is a follow up to my May 21, 1992 letter to you
outlining the septic system repair required at the Korner
Post Restaurant. As of this date no attempt has been made
to correct the existing health hazard therefore sewage
effluent is still exposed to the ground surface affecting
the health and welfare of the community.

Plans for the appropriate repair must be submitted by
January 6, 1992. Failure to submit the plans will result
in referal of your file to the State Department of Envi-
ronmental Quality for enforcement. Following review of
the plans, if approved, repair should begin immediately
and be completed within 30 days of beginning construc-
tion, allowing for weather conditions.

I suggest that you follow the procedure outlined in the
May 21, 1992 letter and gather the information to prepare
plans for the repair. Call, if you have any questions. I
am usually in the office between 8 and 10 AM.
....
LEE A.
