STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />July 21, 1992 <br /> <br />APPLICANT~ STEVE STANLEY <br />SIT~ NUMBER: 92-2515 <br /> <br />Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />300 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal fe~._per 150 <br />gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 150 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2} feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br />This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must <br />be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> The original drainfield should be constructed as far upslope as possible <br /> to reserve space for a complete replacement system. Refer to the <br /> enclosed setback list which outlines minimum separation distances <br /> between components of septic systems and other features, existing and <br /> proposed. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PEP, MIT TO INST~?J.
