STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET July 21, 1992 APPLICANT~ STEVE STANLEY SIT~ NUMBER: 92-2515 Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 300 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal fe~._per 150 gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 150 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2} feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: The original drainfield should be constructed as far upslope as possible to reserve space for a complete replacement system. Refer to the enclosed setback list which outlines minimum separation distances between components of septic systems and other features, existing and proposed. THIS IS NOT A PEP, MIT TO INST~?J.
