The following construction specifications shall apply
to the installation of your septic system.

1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000
gallons.

2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at
450 ~allons Der gaY. Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, the disposal field will be sized at 125 lineal feet Der 150
q~%%onS Of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of ~7..5 lineal
fe~ of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop-
ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and
on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125
feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (il") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface.

3. There must be at least ~ of backfill
over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground

4. Field collection tile shall be rigid, smooth walled perforated
pipe with a four (4) inch minimum diameter. The tile shall be
installed with a minimum depth of 36 inches and with a uniform
grad~ of 0.2 to 0.4 f~et per 100 feet. Maximum tile spacing shall
be 70 feet, center %e center, with a minimum 20 foot setback from
the disposal trenches. The collection tile shall be enveloped ia
clean filter material (drain rock) to within 12 inches of the
ground surface. The filter material shall be covered with filte~
fabric, treated building paper or other non-degradable material. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is
proposed for a different area on the property.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
The septic tank shall be certified watertight and shall have a riser,
which extends to the ground surface~ over the access manholle. Any other
openings in the top of the tank shall be sealed watertight, with silicon
caulking. I
T~IS I$,,,NQT A PERMIT TO ,~NSTA3~L THE ~E~IC S¥STEM~ DO N0~,,,JNST~?.?.
