Rough Grading. When rough grading of roads and spaces are completed. <br /> <br />Prior to paving. Before any asphaltic concrete or portland cement <br />concrete is placed. <br /> <br />Final inspection. A final inspection shall be made after finish <br />grading and all permanent facilities are in place. <br /> <br />Mobile Home Decks~ Bach mobile home stand shall be provided with one or <br />more slabs or decks adjacent to the mobile home~ constructed of concrete, <br />asphalt, flagstone, wood, or other equivalent surface material which <br />singly or in combination totals at least 120 feet of area and is not less <br />than four feet in any dimension. <br /> <br />An accessory building shall not be located closer than six feet to any <br />mobile home. <br /> <br />The lot drain inlet shall be located within a four (4) foot area in the <br />rear third section of the mobile home lot on the left (road side) of th~ <br />mobile home with respect to the location~ or proposed location, of the <br />mobile home On the lot. <br /> <br />The water service outlet shall be located within a four (4) foot area in <br />the rear third section Of the mobile home lot on the left (road) side of <br />the mobile home. <br /> <br />Streets and walkways shall be lighted during the hours of darkness. <br />Lighting shall be designed to an average of 0.25 horizontal candlepower of <br />light, the full length of all roadways and walks within the park <br />boundaries. <br /> <br />Senator Building 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670 <br /> <br /> <br />
