06/25/93 09:38 8503 749 1852 AUMSVILLE CITY ~92 <br /> <br />TO THg CURRENT CITY LIMITS WITHOUT AN EL~CT%0N <br /> <br /> W~EREA$, there has been submitted to the CiCy of Aumsville, a <br />written request for annexation to ~he City signed by all of the <br />landowners of the contiguous territory described below; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after notice being duly provided, this matter of <br />annexation came before the Aumsville Planning Commission pursuant <br />to the kumsville Development Ordinance on January 6, 1993, for a <br />public hearing; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of kumsville Planning Com.~i~sion adopted <br />Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation to the <br />annexation request on January 13, 1993~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Aumsville called for a p~blic hearing <br />before the Council and proper notice of said hearing being duly <br />posted and given; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after conducting the hearing and considering all <br />testimony, including but not limited to the Findings of Fact and <br />Recon~mendations of the Planning Commission, with reference to the <br />proposed annexation, the City Council finds that annexation is in <br />the best interest of the City and of the contiguous territory; <br /> <br />NOW, TMEREFORM, the City of Aumsville ordains as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. ..Anne~ati0n A~ea The following contiguous <br />territory is hereby proclaimed to be annexed to the City of <br />Aumsville: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the northeasterly right-of-way line of <br />Market Road No. 29 (Mill Creek Road S.E.) at its intersection with <br />the Eaat city limits boundary line of the City of Aumsville 12.01 <br />feet North 0'10' West and 750 feet, more or less, South 69~02'18'' <br />East and 32.13 feet North from the northerly Southwes~ corner of <br />the Oliver P. Taylor Donation Land Claim No. 45 in Section 30, <br />Township 8 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian Marion <br />County~ Oregon; thence North along said city limits a distance of <br />631.88 f~et to an angle point ~herein; thence East along the most <br />~outherly line of the mo~t northerly tract of land conveyed to <br />Aumsvitle Properties in Reel 196, Page 1158, Marion County Records, <br />a distance of 838.69 feet to a point on the West line of that tract <br />of land conveyed to Gene E. Knelling and Deborah D.
