As you can see, with the top easement for
access to the next lot, the uneooperative slope and the lake
setback, not enough drainfield can be installed for a standard
drainfield. This drainfield was staked out no closer than 100'
from what appears to be the lake high water.

As I mentioned to you on the telephone, the high water mark of
the lake was determined by taking the elevation of the high water
line on the North side of the lake bank where it is evident and
establishir~ that elevation with a laser level at the back of
this property. This elevation is about 25' from the back
property line. I think that the lack of lush vegetation between
the property line and rocks is from foot traffic and this area
was probably a road used by the Corps of Engineers for the
placement of the large rip rap stones along the bank of the lake.

I have plotted in the proposed house and driveway locations given
to me by Mr. Elden and I told him of your concern about the house
excavation cut on the uphill house site.

Please review this plan as Mr. Elden wants to know if it appears
feasible so he can get the test holes dug for your review.

If you have any questions on this plan or need any additional
information please give me a call.

Zafl[ E.
