(UFC 10.208) <br /> <br />The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in. <br />within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot lines whsre the <br />fall will be a minimum of 6 in. regardless of the horizontal distance <br />available. (R-301.3) <br /> <br />Firestopping shall be provided in the following lo0ationst <br /> A) In concealed spaces of stud walls, including furred spaces, <br /> at the ceiling and floor level; <br /> ~) At all interconnections between concealed vertical and <br /> horizontal spaces such as occur at soffits, drop ceilings <br /> etc.; <br /> C) At openings around vents, pipes ducts, chimneys and <br /> fireplaces at ceiling and floor level, with noncombustible <br /> materials. <br /> <br />Roof t~usses are required to be designed by an oregon registered <br />~ngineer or Architect. For trusses manufactured by an approved <br />fabrication Dlant, have the design and layout drawings available at the <br />construction site for the framing inspection. All job site cutting or <br />modification of the roof trusses shall be clearly shown in the <br />engineer's design calculations and drawings. <br /> <br />Water heaters having nonrigid water connections and over 4-feet in <br />height from the base to the top of the tank case shall be anchored Or <br />strapped to the building to resist horizontal displacement due to <br />earthquake motion. (M-1006.2) <br /> <br />A minimum 3 foot by 3 foot landing shall be required on each side of a <br />door and shall be not less 1-1/2" lower than the threshold of the door <br />when the door swings over the landing. (R-212) <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections <br />presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the <br />dwelling code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />mm <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet is attached to plans <br /> <br /> <br />
