February 2, 1993 APPLICANT: SITE NUMBER: STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET CALIFORNIA iNVESTORS CORP. 93-394 Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE $~WAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 qal~g~s per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 50 lineal feet Der 150 qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 150 liDeal ~e~t of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and On minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the i~mediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Construct the drainfields within the immediate area of the soil test pits. A per-construction field stakeout is recommended to establish the location of the individual drainfield lines for both drainfields prior to any excavation. An alternative sand filter system might be necessary for future repairs because of limited space and the possibility of a cut bank more than thirty inches tall at the lower (southerly) property boundary. Observe all normal setback/separation distances. Refer to the enclosed setback list which outlines minimum setbacks between septic systems and other features. ~HIE Is NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL ~HE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
