Std. NO. 10-1) <br /> <br />Toilet room floors shall have a smooth~ hard, nonabsorbent surface such as <br />portland cement, concrete~ ceramic tile or other approved material which <br />extends upward onto the walls at least 5 inches. <br /> <br />Walls within 2 feet of the front and sides of urinals and water closets <br />shall have a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface such as portland cement, <br />concrete, ceramic tile or other smooth, hard nonabsorbent surface to a <br />height of 4 feet, and except for structural elements, the materials used <br />in such walls shall be of a type which is not adversely affected by <br />moisture. (510(c)2) <br /> <br />This site, building and facilities are required to be accessible to and <br />useable by the physically handicapped. Details and dimensions not shown <br />shall comply with Public Law 101-336, the Americans with Disabilities Act, <br />Part ~II; Department of Justice Regulations of Friday, July 26, 199~; 28 <br />C.F.R., Part 36, including Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility <br />Guidelines (ADAAG) and Public Law 100-430, the Pair ~ousing Act and the <br />regulations adopted thereunder and the requirements of chapter 31.
