AUMSVILLE, ORE. 97325 <br /> Site Number: 92-4214 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on 1/4/93 to <br />determine if the existing on-site sewage system located <br />on the property appeared adequate to serve the purpose <br />described in the attached application. This application <br />is to connect an office and lunch room into the existing <br />system. No evidence of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on 8/1/92 by AAA Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The existing system was constructed under <br />permit 84-1622. It consists of a 2000 gallon <br />septic tank and 750 feet of drainfield.
