NE, <br />December 7, 1992 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Salem <br /> <br />/~/ OREGON <br /> <br /> Building Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Oregon <br />1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. <br /> <br /> 1. Prior to drilling holes for concrete piers~ make arrangements with <br /> Marion County Building Inspection to schedule the inspections so that <br /> the inspector may perform the inspections when the holes have been <br /> drilled and prior to concrete pour so that holes are not left opened. <br /> <br />2. Install the manufactured home in accordance with the designed foundation <br /> engineered by Tim Covert, registered engineer. <br /> <br />3. A steel inspection for the steel in the grade beam is required prior to <br /> pour. <br /> <br />4. comply with the requirements for this site noted in the soils and <br /> foundation investigation report no. 09-121-2123, project no. EAIX-91-411 <br /> dated December 31, 1991. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction. Reviews Or inspections <br />presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the <br />dwelling code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />sf <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet is attached to plans <br /> <br /> <br />
