Freilinger: <br /> <br />Addressing your letter of November 13, 1992, concerning placement of <br />carport footings, please be advised that the footings placed on these <br />carports will be as specified by the manufacturer of the carport canopy <br />and have been submitted with the foundation permit application. <br /> <br />Due to the fact that there is fill on this site it is also acknowledged <br />that settling may and can occur because these footings are not directly <br />on bearing soil, and that they are actually floating on the fill that is <br />placed on the lot. The contractor who will be installing these carports <br />is Joe Green Investment Company, Contractor's Board Registration No. <br />57652. A copy of this letter will be given to purchasers of both of <br />these units acknowledging that there is fill on this site. <br /> <br />The intent of this letter is to meet the requirements that you requested <br />for issuing of the permits on these sites.
