November 6, 1992 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />CARL GUSTAFSON <br />92-3893 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion Of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected dally sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br /> 300 gallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal feet per 150 <br /> gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 150 lineal <br /> .feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br /> ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br /> level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> 3. The disposal field shall be constructed with e__qual or serial <br /> distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a <br /> maximum trench depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 1~2 <br /> inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the <br /> natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Use extreme care in siting buildings, roadways, water lines and other <br /> encumbrances to ensure enough area and appropriate setback/separation <br /> distances from the septic system drainfields. Refer to the enclosed <br /> setback list which outlines minimum separation distances between septic <br /> systems and other features. A pre-construction field stakeout of all <br /> proposed development is recommended for review and approval by our <br /> department prior to application for permits. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
