November 16, 1992 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />PALMER/GROSS CONSTRUCTION <br />92-3874 <br /> <br /> YOUr site has been found suitable for a STANDAi~D ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 gallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150 <br />~llons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise &utho- <br />ri~ed by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Use care in siting the house to achieve gravity flow to the shallow <br /> depth of the drainfield lines. Refer to the enclosed setback list which <br /> out lines minimum separation distances between septic systems and other <br /> features. Construct the drainfield lines within the i~ediate area of <br /> the soil test pits. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
