November 16, 1992 APPLICANT: SITE NUMBER: STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET PALMER/GROSS CONSTRUCTION 92-3874 YOUr site has been found suitable for a STANDAi~D ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 gallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150 ~llons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise &utho- ri~ed by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Use care in siting the house to achieve gravity flow to the shallow depth of the drainfield lines. Refer to the enclosed setback list which out lines minimum separation distances between septic systems and other features. Construct the drainfield lines within the i~ediate area of the soil test pits. THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
