Thi~ application <br />is to replace the existing two bedroom mobile home with a <br />new two bedroom mobile home. No evidence of failure was <br />found and the system appeared to be functioning in a <br />satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 8/6/92 <br />by Mike's Septic Service and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septio tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic~ <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This netice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.
