October l, 1992 <br /> <br />APPLICANT~ <br />SITE NUMEER~ <br /> <br />STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />Daniel Hostetler <br />92-3143 <br /> <br />FILE <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br /> 225 ~allons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 125 lineal feet per 150 <br /> gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 190 lineal <br /> feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br /> ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br /> level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of $6 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump will be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS~ <br /> The above system design is based on a maximum occupancy of fifteen (15) <br /> employees. The disposal field is to be located on the slope in the area <br /> of the test pit nearest Eighway 99E. The initial system and future <br /> replacement system must be shown on the site plan submitted with permit <br /> application. The lowest portion of the system must be approximately <br /> fifty (50) feet upslope from the bottom of the swale crossing the <br /> property. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE S~iIC SYSTEM.
