While in- <br />specting the system, the following violation was noted <br />which is in conflict with the Department of Environmental <br />Quality On-Site Sewage Disposal Rules. <br /> <br />The septic tank is located under the garage and the <br />disposal field is located under the driveway. The <br />D.E.Q. rules require that the tank must be located at <br />least five (5) feet outside the foundation line of the <br />house and the disposal field cannot be located in an <br />area subject to vehicular traffic. <br /> <br />Since the above violation exists, we cannot approve the <br />existing on-site sewage system.
