340 ~vergreen Dr, Aumsville <br />October 15, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Buildin9 Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Oregon <br />1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling specialty code. <br /> <br />Awnings and carports shall not be attached to manufactured dwelling roof <br />trusses, eaves, or fascia unless it can be demonstrated that the roof <br />was engineered and constructed to carry the additional live and dead <br />loads. <br /> <br />The design loads should be 25 lbs. per square fooot roof live loadss and <br />80 miles per hour for wind. Both 20 PSF and 25 FSF roof live loads and <br />70 MPH wind design were shown on the plans. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction.
