Site Plan <br /> <br />The location of the existing shelters, towers, <br />contour of tower area, access road, utility <br />pole, and proposed location of the new <br />Halls Ridge Communications Facility is <br />indicated on the attached plan. , <br /> <br /> Building <br /> <br />Equipment shelter requirements shall be <br />both met and exceeded through the <br />installation of two special purpose <br />prefabricated modules. After transportation <br />to the site, they shall be placed on a pad of <br />compacted gravel, anchor.e.d to foot!ngs <br />drilled into the ground and'integrated into <br />one contiguous, structure. Prior to <br />transportation to the site, the modules shall <br />have exterior' finishes 'applied. Copper <br />g oundmg, insulatlo, n; interior racks, cable <br />trays, electrical wiring; NVAC systems, <br />generators and initial communication and <br />monitoring equipment: shall be installed <br />and tested. Provision has been made for air <br />lift of the modules from Detroit to the site if <br />necessary. <br /> <br />Each of the two modules shall have separate <br />entrances, security systems, and emergency <br />generators. The electrical systems shall be <br />integrated so that in the event of a failure of <br />an emergency generator in one module, <br />the second unit shall supply power to both. <br />On.e module, or a portio.n thereof may be <br />designated for the exclusive use of public <br />safety communication systems. Actress to <br />the modules shall be protected by <br />mechanical and card key locks. Data on the <br />identity and time of each entry into the <br />facility shall be compiled and retained by <br />remote monitoring. Interior temperature, <br />electrical power status, master antenna <br />system operation, and SMR Network <br />communicatio, n equipment status shall be <br />remotely momtored and controlled, <br /> <br /> <br />
