It is our understanding that when <br />the following items are all taken care of, the County will approve <br />the first Phase of this pro~ect. <br /> <br />ITEM 1. <br /> <br />Supply the County Building Code Dept with a revised site <br />plan showing the new phasing of the pro3ect. (Delivered <br />on PM of 10/26/90) <br /> <br />ITEM 2. <br /> <br />A fence permit will be taken out for those fences that <br />will be seven feet in height. Those fences that are six <br />feet in height do not require a permit. This permit will <br />be initiated at the City of Aumsville. (Done 10/26/90) <br /> <br />ITEM 3. <br /> <br />Water service line for each space will be extended from <br />the water meter location to the location as specified by <br />the State Mobile Home Park Code, These service lines <br />shall be inspected by County inspectors prior to being <br />covered up. <br /> <br />ITEM 4. <br /> <br />A fire hydrant will be installed ne&r the entrance to <br />the park. Both fire hydrants shall be tested and <br />approved by the district Fire Chief. The county is to <br />receive a letter from the Fire Chief stating approval and <br />acceptance of fire hydrants. <br /> <br />ITEM 5. <br /> <br />The County is to receive a letter from the Aumsville <br />Public Work Maintenance Foreman and from the Pro3ect <br />Engineer stating that they had inspected the sewer, <br />water, storm drain, piping and appurtenances as they were <br />installed and that they were installed in conformance <br />with the plans and specifications. <br /> <br />ITEM 6. <br /> <br />1193 ROYVONNE AVE. S.E. <br /> <br />The street lights for the first phase are to be <br />~nstalled, If for some reason, there will be a long <br />delay in the delivery of the street lights, the <br />electrical contractor is to contact Mr. Wooley and give <br />him an appraisal of the situation. <br /> <br /> SALEM, OREGON 97302 TEL.
