Bldg. Insp. BUILDING INSPECTiOi~
Evergreen Mobile Estates

Dear Sir, I was requested by the City Administrator to
write you this letter and explain my participation in the
undergroung utility construction phase of this development.
I have been with the City 14 yrs. and all during this

time I have made it a habit to always be around when anything
goes underground that may later affect me. I was with the
construction crews as each utility was installed so that I
would be familiar with the project in the future. It has been
my experience in the past to find what is sometimes on paper
is different than what is underground. In observing all phases
of installing the utilities, I did not find anything that
would not meet or exceed code. The sewer lines were laid using
a laser and were right on specs, as were all the other utilitys.
In past years I have attended bldg. code seminars at O.S.U.
and feel pretty comfortable with my ability in these areas.

Also I hold a current grade #4 Water and Wastewater Certification
which is as high as one can get. An example was that the
contractor chose to use C900 water line which exceeds code
and I might add also costs around double as compared to sch.40.
If I can be of furthet help in this matter please call

anytime.

Sincerely

Freeman Fulton
