I could only accept conventional framing <br />requirements for his trusses he submitted. A 2 X 12 spanning <br />15' with subperlins 24" o.c. spatlning 12' would not meet the <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Re-contacted Mr. Erickson the next day and explained that if <br />he reduced the span of his 2 X 12 to 9' or less that the <br />plans would be acceptable. He agreed to add struts from each <br />post to his 2 X 12 'to reduce the span to 9' or less which is <br />acceptable under conventional framing requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
