He suffers from Alz- <br />heimers Dementia. M~nnet Wallace is not disabled. However, <br />Mrs. Wallace's age (74) and strength limitations do not allow <br />her the ability to care for her husband's health needs on an <br />around the clock basis. Therefore, it is imperative, because <br />of Mr. Wallace's disease, that the daughter and son-fa-law, <br />Wanda and Sam Miller, be allowed to live on the property in <br />a separate residence in order for them to assist Mrs. Wallace <br />in the care of her husband. The evidence also indicates the <br />proposed mobile home would be relatively temporary in nature. <br />The requirements that a Mobile Home Removal Agreement be filed <br />by the applicant ensures that the mobile home will be removed <br />from the property when the hardship ceases. <br /> <br /> 12. Although the proposed temporary mobile home is appropriate, <br /> the County requires that a Declaratory Statement be recorded <br /> with the property deed.
